Where can I purchase the steel pole?

Steel poles can be purchased from steel suppliers, well drillers, hardware providers, scrap collectors, and recycling yards.

When sourcing a pole, refer to your mount’s construction drawing to identify the size and schedule you will need. This measurement will be NPS 6, 8, or 10 and Schedule 40 or 80, respectively. Most poles are sold in standard lengths of 21 feet, which can be cut to size per the above-ground height and foundation depth.
